Product Description	Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-AKT 1/2/3 (T308) and Total AKT 1/2/3 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total AKT pan proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Treatment of NIH3T3 cells with PDGF-AA stimulates phosphorylation of AKT pan at T308 but does not affect the levels of total AKT pan.

Treatment of NIH3T3 cells with Wortmannin inhibits phosphorylation of AKT pan at T308 by PDGF-AA, but does not affect the levels of total AKT pan.
