THUNDER Human TNFα standard curve
A head-to-head benchmark comparison of the THUNDER Human TNFα assay (red curve above) and a competitor TR-FRET Human TNFα assay (blue curve on the right) was conducted. Standard curves were run using the corresponding reagents and protocols.

Parallelism-TNFα-THP-1
Supernatants from THP-1 cells treated for two days with LPS and IL-2 were serially diluted with culture medium and assayed for TNFα. Recovery values between 91-124% of the neat sample demonstrate assay parallelism.
