Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human Matrix Metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7; MPSL1; Pump-1 protease) in cell culture supernatants and serum. The MMP-7 kit detects only the pro-form of recombinant human MMP-7. The kit does not include a recombinant human MMP-7 standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalogue number 907-MP).
