Data show the superior S/B ratio obtained with the High Performance Phospho-STAT1 (Y701) Kit compared to the standard version of the kit.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology data are obtained after 1h of incubation.
Data show that treatment of HeLa with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701 by IFNα2b. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology data are obtained after 1h of incubation.
The Z’-factor value of 0.89 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
