1. This product is dissolved in DMSO. When taken out of the refrigerator, it should be allowed to return to room temperature, which means it should be fully thawed and mixed well before use. The freezing point of DMSO is 18°C, so when this dye is directly added to an overcooled solution, there may be tiny insoluble substances, which can generally be dissolved by incubating at 37°C.
2. This dye has a certain affinity for non-polypropylene materials such as glass. It is recommended to use polypropylene containers during dilution, storage, staining, and other usage processes.
3. During the conventional alcohol precipitation of nucleic acids, this dye can be completely removed from double-stranded nucleic acids.

Store at -20°C away from light. The shelf life is one year. The diluted dye can be stored at 4°C away from light for 4-5 days.
