After removal from the refrigerator, it should be allowed to return to room temperature, meaning it should be fully thawed and mixed before use. The freezing point of DMSO is 18°C, so when the dye is directly added to an overly cold solution, slight insolubility may occur, which can generally be resolved by incubation at 37°C. 2. This dye has a certain affinity for non-polypropylene materials such as glass. It is recommended to use polypropylene containers during dilution, storage, staining, and other usage processes. 3. In conventional alcohol precipitation of nucleic acids, this dye can be completely removed from double-stranded nucleic acids. |
