Background

This product is a homogeneous chemiluminescent donor microsphere with surface-crosslinked streptavidin (SA), capable of specifically and highly affinely binding to biotin-labeled antibodies, antigens, nucleic acids, proteins, and other target molecules. It must be used in conjunction with our company's receptor microspheres to form a complete homogeneous chemiluminescent detection system, enabling wash-free, high-sensitivity, rapid quantitative analysis, suitable for immunoassays, protein–protein interactions, small-molecule detection, and the development of in vitro diagnostic reagents.

Protocol

Recommended Detection Procedure (Reference)

1. Sample Preparation: Dilute the sample to be tested with buffer.

2. First Incubation: Add 20 μL of the sample + 20 μL of receptor microspheres, and incubate at 37°C with shaking for 10 minutes.

3. Second Incubation: In the dark, add 20 μL of streptavidin donor microspheres, and incubate at 37°C with shaking for 10 minutes.

4. Reading: Measure the luminescence signal (RLU) using the instrument.

Guidelines

1. This product is highly photosensitive; handle it under complete light protection throughout the entire process. It is recommended to prepare and add samples in a low-intensity green-light environment.
2. Avoid generating bubbles during sample addition to prevent signal interference.
3. Strictly control incubation temperature and time to ensure consistency of data between batches.
4. For research use only; not intended for direct clinical diagnosis in humans.
5. Use promptly after opening, then reseal, protect from light, and store at 2–8°C.
6. Do not freeze, and do not mix with strong oxidizers or organic solvents.
