Flow cytometric analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Tween. Cells were labeled with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control antibody at 1/50 dilution (1 μg) / (right panel) compared with an unlable Control / (left panel). Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 452 (S0B88801), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
