Background
PXR protein (Pregnane X Receptor) is a nuclear receptor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of drug metabolism and detoxification processes in the body. ChIP
Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) was performed on HepG2 cells cross-linked with 1% formaldehyde for 10 min, then chromatin was fragmented by sonication. Parallel reactions used PXR Recombinant Rabbit mAb (S-2398-43) and Rabbit mAb IgG Isotype Control (SDT-R173) at 1:50 for immunoprecipitation.
Post -immunoprecipitation, both samples were washed, eluted, and cross-links reversed. Purified DNA was analyzed by qPCR.
qPCR showed the enrichment of HMGN4, HES7 and SAT-α in PXR Recombinant Rabbit
mAb (S-2398-43)-immunoprecipitated sample.
