Detection Principle: This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology. Specific anti porcine IFN - & gamma; The antibody was pre coated on a high affinity microplate. Add standards, samples to be tested and biotinylated detection antibodies into the wells of the enzyme plate. After incubation, ifn-&gamma in the samples; Combine with solid-phase antibody and detection antibody to form immune complexes. After washing to remove unbound material, horseradish peroxidase labeled streptavidin HRP was added. After washing, the chromogenic substrate was added to avoid light for color development. Stop the reaction by adding stop solution, and determine the absorbance value at 450 nm wavelength (refer to the correction wavelength of 540nm or 570nm). Detection Type: double antibody sandwich method Form: pre coated 96 well plate Detection Sample Type: cell supernatant, serum, Plasma Loading Amount: 100ul Kit Components: pre coated 96 well plate, standard, anti porcine IFN gamma detection antibody, dilution buffer, chromogenic solution (a, b), washing solution, termination solution, sa-hrp, plate sealing membrane and instructions. Sensitivity: 7.8 pg/ml Detection range: 62.5 - 4000 pg/ml Recovery range: 90-116% Storage method: 2-8 ℃ Standard curve Background: γ interferon (also known as type II interferon)It is an important cytokine that can exercise immune regulatory function. It was discovered for its antiviral activityΓ Interferons play a key role in host defense through antiviral, antiproliferative and immunomodulatory functions. In many types of cells, γ Interferon can induce the production of cytokines and upregulate the expression of different membrane proteins, including type i/ii major histocompatibility complex (MHC-I, MHC-II), Fc receptors, leukocyte adhesion molecules, B7 family antigensΓ Interferon can effectively activate macrophages and guide the synthesis, type transformation and secretion of B cell immunoglobulinΓ Interferon can also affect the development of T helper cell subtypes by inhibiting Th2 differentiation and stimulating the growth of Th1Γ Interferons play an important role in some inflammatory diseases such as autoimmunity and atherosclerosis. |
