Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-Ribosomal Protein S6 (S240/S244) and Total Ribosomal Protein S6 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total Ribosomal Protein S6 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
