Background
Phospho-p90RSK (Ser380) refers to the p90 ribosomal S6 kinase (p90RSK) protein specifically phosphorylated at serine residue 380, a critical post-translational modification that serves as a key indicator of the kinase's activation status within the Ras/MAPK signaling pathway.
