Background

Mouse Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) is a critical polypeptide hormone that plays a vital role in growth, development, and cellular metabolism. Structurally and functionally similar to human IGF-1, it mediates the effects of growth hormone (GH) by promoting proliferation, differentiation, and survival of various cell types. Mouse IGF-1 is widely used in biomedical research to study growth regulation, tissue repair, and metabolic processes in murine models. Its applications span areas such as endocrinology, cancer research, and regenerative medicine. Recombinant mouse IGF-1, produced via E. coli or mammalian expression systems, ensures high purity and bioactivity for experimental use.

Linearity
The concentrations of Mouse IGF-1 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
Sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Mouse Serum was 2x10^3 fold dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 146.7 ng/mL in Mouse Serum.

To assess the linearity of the assay, sample was spiked with high concentrations of Mouse IGF-1 in various matrices and diluted with the appropriate Calibrator Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

To assess the linearity of the assay, two samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse IGF-1 in various matrices and diluted with the appropriate Calibrator Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
