ICC analysis of Mouse Anti-Alexa Fluor® 488 Monoclonal Antibody was performed using HeLa cells. In the positive control: Anti-Histone H3 antibody (S0B0079) was used at 1/500 dilution and incubated overnight at 4C. Goat polyclonal Antibody to Rabbit lgG -H&L (Alexa Fluore 488) was used as secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. Further, Alexa Fluor 488 signal was quenched by incubating the cells with Mouse Anti-Alexa Fluore 488 Monoclonal Antibody for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells were fixed with 100%ice-cold methanol and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X 100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI(Blue).
