Background

Monkey TL1A, also known as TNFSF15, is a protein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. It is primarily expressed on the surface of vascular endothelial cells and certain immune cells. This protein functions as a ligand for the death domain receptor 3 (DR3) on lymphocytes. Upon binding, it activates downstream signaling pathways such as NF-κB and MAPK, which promote inflammatory responses. Its primary role is involved in modulating immune functions, including T cell activation and proliferation. Research indicates that TL1A is a key player in the pathogenesis of various chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, particularly those related to vascular inflammation. Consequently, it has been identified as a potential therapeutic target, with monoclonal antibodies against TL1A currently under investigation for treating conditions like inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis.

Linearity
The concentrations of Monkey TL1A/TNFSF15 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
Sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Monkey serum was 2-fold dilution (50%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 83.56 pg/mL in monkey serum.
