Background
CD107b, also known as LAMP2 (Lysosome-Associated Membrane Protein 2), is a heavily glycosylated type I transmembrane protein that constitutes a major component of the lysosomal membrane, where it plays critical roles in maintaining lysosomal integrity, autophagy, and chaperone-mediated autophagy by acting as a receptor for chaperone–substrate complexes on the lysosomal surface.

Immunocytochemistry
ICC shows positive staining in JAR cells. Anti- LAMP2 antibody was used at 1/500 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Goat polyclonal Antibody to Rabbit IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution. The cells were fixed with 100% ice-cold methanol and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Counterstain with tubulin (Red).
