Description

Detection Principle:

This kit uses double antibody sandwich ELISA technology. Specific anti human / mouse / rat TGF - & beta; 1 capture antibody was pre coated on a high affinity microplate. Add the standard, the sample to be tested and the biotin labeled detection antibody into the wells of the enzyme plate in turn, shake well and mix well, and then place it at room temperature for 2 hours of incubation process. The tgf-&beta in the sample; 1 bound to solid-phase antibody and detection antibody. After washing sufficiently to remove free and unbound components, streptavidin HRP (sa-hrp) labeled with horseradish peroxidase was added. After washing again, TMB chromogenic substrate was added and incubated at room temperature in the dark to develop color. The depth of color reaction and TGF - & beta in the sample; The concentration of 1 was positively correlated. Add stop solution to stop the reaction, and use a microplate reader to measure the absorbance value at 450 nm detection wavelength (correction wavelength 570-630 nm).

Background:

Transforming growth factor beta; 1 (tgf-β 1)Is transforming growth factor beta; Polypeptide members of the superfamily have a variety of cytological functions, including the regulation of cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Tgf-β Cooperate with TGFA to induce transformation. It can also act as a negative autocrine growth factor. Tgf-β Dysregulation of activation and signaling may cause apoptosis. Many cells can synthesize tgf-β, And almost all have specific receptors. Tgf-β 1. Tgf-β 2 and tgf-β 3 all function through the same receptor signaling pathway. Tgf-β It plays an important role in regulating the immune system and has different activities on different types of cells or cells at different developmental stages. Most immune cells (or leukocytes) secrete tgf-β 1. Tgf-β 1 is associated with cancer, autoimmune disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cystic fibrosis (CF).
