Background
Human CCL22 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 22), also known as macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC), is a small secretory protein composed of approximately 67-69 amino acids. Its gene is located on chromosome 16. It exerts its biological functions primarily by interacting with its receptor CCR4, thereby chemotactically recruiting various immune cells, including regulatory T cells (Tregs), Th2 cells, and natural killer (NK) cells, playing a crucial role in maintaining immune homeostasis and mediating inflammatory responses.

Linearity
The concentrations of Human CCL22 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
#1 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: human PBMC cells stimulated with 10ug/ml PHA for 5days (50%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 189.1 pg/mL in stimulated human PBMC supernatant.
#2 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: human PBMC cells culture for 5days (50%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 162.96 pg/mL in unstimulated human PBMC supernatant.
#3 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Human serum was 4fold dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 1041.61 pg/mL in human serum.
#4 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Human plasma-EDTA was 4fold dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 399.44 pg/mL in human plasma-EDTA.
