Flow cytometric analysis of 4% PFA fixed 90% methanol permeabilized Histone H3-GST Tag-HA Tag-Myc tag transfected 293F cells (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) / (right panel) compared with untransfected 293F cells / (left panel). labelling HA tag (PE Conjugate) Antibody at 1/2000 (0.01 μg) dilution. Then cells were stained with Myc tag 1/2000 (0.1 μg) dilution (S0B0634). Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
