Background

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a cytokine secreted by epithelial cells, encoded by a gene that produces a 159-amino acid precursor protein. This protein plays a dual regulatory role in the immune system: on one hand, it promotes type 2 T-helper cell immune responses by activating dendritic cells and directly acts on immune cells such as basophils, driving the development of allergic diseases like atopic dermatitis and asthma; on the other hand, it is involved in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and central immune tolerance. Due to its central role in allergic diseases, TSLP has become an important therapeutic target for conditions such as atopic dermatitis and asthma.

Guidelines

Please strictly follow the recommended dosage for experiments. If the population clustering is not distinct, the recommended dosage may be appropriately increased by 2-5 folds.

2e5 of transient transfected anti- TSLP ScFv CAR-293 cells were stained with 0.5ug FITC-Labeled TSLP His Tag Protein, Human, (Cat. No. UA016092) and unlable respectively (Fig. C and B), and non-transfected 293 cells were used as a control (Fig. A). FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.2e5 of transient transfected anti- TSLP ScFv CAR-293 cells were stained with isotype and Whitlow/218 Linker-Alexa Fluor® 488 (Fig. D and E). Alexa Fluor® 488 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.
