Background
The F(ab')₂ Fragment Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ Fragment Specific is a specially processed secondary antibody obtained through pepsin digestion of intact IgG antibodies. This process removes most of the Fc region while preserving the hinge region containing disulfide bonds, resulting in a bivalent fragment composed of two antigen-binding Fab fragments, with a molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa.
