25mM MOPS, pH7.2, 12.5mM β-glycerol-phosphate, 25mM MgCl2, 5mM EGTA and 2mM EDTA. Add to fil concentration of 0.25mM DTT prior to use.
Guidelines
For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable
