Bioactivity

The CDK9/CyclinT1 protein was incubated with ATP and substrate at 25 °C for 60 minutes. Following the incubation, ADP-Glo reagent was added to the reaction mixture. The luminescent signal (RLU) was finally measured using a BMG microplate reader.
