Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse Podoplanin expression on C2C12 cells. Cells from the C2C12 (Mouse myoblasts myoblast) were stained with either Biotin Syrian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (black line histogram) or SDT Biotin Syrian Hamster Anti-Mouse Podoplanin Antibody (red line histogram) at 2 μl/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.

Background
