Flow cytometric analysis of CD309 expression on bEnd.3 (Mouse brain endothelioma, right) / NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryonic fibroblast, left). Cells from bEnd.3 / NIH/3T3 were stained with either Biotin Rat IgG2a, k Isotype Control (black line histogram) or SDT Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse CD309 Antibody (red line histogram) at 2 μl/test followed by Sav-APC. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
