Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD86 expression on human peripheral blood cells. Human peripheral blood cells were stained with either Biotin Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (black line histogram) or SDT Biotin Rabbit Anti-Human CD86 Antibody (red line histogram) at 5 μl/test followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.

Background
CD86, also known as B7-2, is a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells.
