SD Rat splenocytes were stained with SDT Biotin Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control Antibody (Right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Left panel) was used as unlabelled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
