mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti- Vimentin Rabbit mAb (S0B2254) was used at 1/1000 dilution (White, B), Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/500 dilution (Yellow, C), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Orange, D), Anti- Granzyme B Rabbit mAb (S0B0359) was used at 1/200 dilution (Green, E), and Anti- B7-H3 Rabbit mAb (S0B2244) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Red, F), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
