Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse CD86/B7-2 expression on LPS treated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (Left) or treated with LPS (500ng/ml, 3d) (Right) were stained with Brilliant Violet 421™ Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody and SDT APC-Cy7 Rat Anti-Mouse CD86/B7-2 antibody at 5 μl/test treated with True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.

Background
CD86, also known as B7-2, is a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells.
