Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b expression on BALB/c mouse bone marrow. CBALB/c mouse bone marrow were stained with Pacific Blue™ Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C(Gr-1) Antibody and either Alexa Fluor® 700 Rat IgG2b, κ Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT Alexa Fluor® 700 Rat Anti- Human CD11b antibody (Right panel) at 5 μl/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.

Background
