C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with SDT Alexa Fluor® 488 rat IgG2b isotype control, anti-keyhole limpet hemocyanin at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) (Red line histogram). Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Black line histogram) was used as unlabelled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
