Instructions for use

Using the colon cancer organoid medium configuration as a reference: add to 500ml of organoid basal medium : N2 (abs9121-5mL), B27 (abs9272-10mL), R-spondin1 (abs04398-50ug), Noggin (abs04695-50ug), EGF (abs05152-100ug), FGF10, Glutamax (abs9295-100mL), P/S (abs9244-100mL), HEPES (abs42150994-100mL), N-Acetylcysteine (abs822057-10mg), Nicotinamide (abs816969-200mg), A8301 (abs817694-25mg), Gastrin (abs814916-1mg), SB202190 (abs810009-50mg), Y27632 (abs812864-50mg), Can be directly used for intestinal cancer organoid culture.

Organoid basal culture medium is a serum-reduced basal culture medium that requires the addition of related protein factors and inhibitors such as R-spondin1, EGF, B27, N2, and Y27632. It can be directly used for various organoid cultures, and can also be used to cultivate mammalian cells with a reduced amount of fetal bovine serum (FBS).

The organoid basal medium was supplemented with: insulin, transferrin, bovine serum albumin, ethanolamine, ascorbic acid, glutathione, bispecific antibodies, and various trace elements (sodium selenite, ammonium metavanadate, manganese chloride, and copper sulfate).

This product contains: D-glucose, non-essential amino acids, phenol red, sodium pyruvate.

Does not contain: L-glutamine, HEPES.
