Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-STAT5 (Y694) and Total STAT5 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total STAT5 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
