Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-STAT3 (Y705) and Total STAT3 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total STAT3 proteins in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Note: the Phospho-STAT3 (Y705) + Total STAT3 Assay Kit uses two new antibody pairs that significantly improve the assay performance (see the updated Application Note).
