Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte, left) / U266B1 (Human multiple myeloma B lymphocyte, right) labeled with SDT Mouse Anti-Human CD70 antibody at 1/200 dilution (1 μg) (S0B5570) followed by Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) mAb at 1/500 dilution (1 μg). Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the tertiary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
