Background
IL-12p70 is a biologically active heterodimer composed of p35 and p40 subunits. It is primarily produced by antigen-presenting cells and can promote Th1-type immune responses and IFN-γ production. Its quantitative analysis is suitable for evaluating cellular immune activation and the coordinated regulation of innate and adaptive immunity in mice.
