SD rat splenocytes were stained with SDT Biotin Mouse IgG2a (LALA-PG) Isotype Control Antibody (right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) followed by Sav-PE. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (left panel) was used as unlabeled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
