Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 647 Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody and either Human IgG Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT Human Anti-Human CD40 antibody (Right panel). Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ Fragment Specific (min X Bov, Ms, Rat Sr Prot) (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
