    Product Specification

    Usage 1. This product is used with a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor mixture (excluding EDTA, 100 × DMSO stock solution) (abs9161), configured as a working solution, ready for use.
    2. Tissue samples: add 100ul of working solution every 10mg for lysis of the tissue. Use a tissue processor or other tissue processing device to process the sample to ensure that the sample is completely processed.
    3. Cell samples: every 107Add 200 ul of working solution to the cells for lysis, and let them stand at 4 °C for 20-30 minutes.
    4. Centrifuge the lysed sample at 10000-14000rpm at 4 °C for 10min, and take the supernatant (it is recommended to centrifuge the tissue lysate twice).
    5. Take the supernatant to determine the total protein concentration of BCA, and complete the subsequent operation.
