Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.

Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed and 0.1% Tween permeabilized human PBMC labeled with Biotin Mouse IgG2c, k Isotype Control (right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (left panel) was used as unlabeled control. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 452 (S0D0021), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
