Human PBMC were stained with SDT Biotin Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control Antibody (right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (left panel) was used as unlabeled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
