Human PBMC were stained with SDT APC Mouse IgG2a (LALA-PG) Isotype Control Antibody (right panel) at 1/20 dilution (1 μg). Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (left panel) was used as unlabeled control. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
