A wonderful review of the 16th Absin organoid training course

Time flies, and the 15th organoid training course from February 20, 2025 to February 21, 2025 has been successfully concluded. The training adopted small class teaching (5 people) to better guide each trainee's practical operation, and demonstrated the entire operation process of organoid technology from primary culture, subculture, cryopreservation, and recovery, and spent a pleasant learning time together.
The course is mainly in the form of a combination of theoretical classroom and on-site teaching, which closely combines theory and practice. First of all, Dr. Li, our head of organoids, will give a lecture on the application of organoid technology, share some of the achievements of our Abison, and discuss the development and cutting-edge information of organoids in recent years. Then, Fang Bo mainly shared the knowledge related to the practical operation of organoids, from the whole process and precautions of surgical material collection, primary culture, subculture, cryopreservation and resuscitation experiment, and explained the identification methods of organoids, which can be judged from the tissue level using histochemical identification methods and molecular biology sequencing technology.
Practical explanation of organoids
Organoid trainees in practice
Before the experiment began, the students were allowed to observe the brightfield diagrams of different types of samples, so that they could better judge the cultivation of their own samples during subsequent training. Because the sampling and digestion of each sample are different, we specially displayed a variety of samples such as mouse small intestine, lung, liver, and stomach. Fang Bo demonstrated the entire operation process and precautions of primary culture, subculture, and cryopreservation of organoids.
Next, let's enjoy this issue of organoid videos and beautiful photos!

The above is the beautiful photos of organoids in this issue, and we took a group photo at the end!

This is the end of this issue of the Abisure Practical Camp, and each of our students has mastered the key points of organoid culture. The performance of each student is very good, actively participate in the process and discuss the problems encountered, and the partners guide each other, help each other and make progress together. Finally, I would like to thank every student who has come from thousands of miles away, organoid technology allows us to gather here, learn from each other, and make progress and development together!
