Under normal conditions, more than 80% of the total white blood cells in the sample can be recovered using this product, with cell viability fully preserved. The lysis buffer has undergone sterile treatment, and the isolated cell samples can be directly used for subsequent primary cell culture, cell fusion, flow cytometry sorting, as well as direct extraction of nucleic acids or proteins and various routine analyses and assays.
