Clinical studies (RUBY-3) have demonstrated that this agent reduces proteinuria by 64% and galactose-deficient IgA1 by 77% in IgA nephropathy, with approximately 90% of patients achieving resolution of hematuria; in membranous nephropathy, anti-PLA2R antibodies decreased by 83%, with 100% reaching immunological remission, and the safety profile has been favorable.
