Clinically, the AMBER trial (Phase I\/II) evaluated cobolimab as monotherapy and in combination with PD-1 inhibitors (nivolumab or dostarlimab) in advanced solid tumors. The COSTAR Lung study further explored its potential with dostarlimab and docetaxel in non-small cell lung cancer, while a Phase II trial in hepatocellular carcinoma also demonstrated promising combination efficacy.
